What is better, using my altitude tent, or taking a vacation to Colorado, or moving there? How did past elites like Bill Rogers, Keith Brantley, Bob Kennedy train at altitude? Or did they? What about some of the great NCAA Athletes that are running at schools on the East Coast? You would think if altitude was such an advantage, BYU,or Colorado, or Northern Arizona would have one every year. What did the great Arkansas teams do? I don't believe John never took them to altitude, but they won hands down. What does Brooks Hannson runners do to altitude train or do they not utilize altitude training? I know elites in Kenya benefit from the altitude, but they are also benefiting from the rigors of training day in day out in those camps, as well as drugs. So what is an elite master supposed to do if he wants to reach his potential, train at altitude, get an altitude tent, or just train hard at sea level, and utilize something else?
