I received bigger improvements by prancercising. But you can do what you want.
I paid to download some audio files from one Feldenkrais teacher, and bought a book by another. The idea is to pay attention to how you are moving, and what muscles you are using, and trying small changes to see if it makes things better or worse. I think the only useful thing I got out of that, was that I now am constantly monitoring how I run and walk. And I might be doing that anyway, after seeing PTs for my various problems.
