Hey! Former in shape runner here who signed up for a 10K in 4 weeks.
Did a 5 miler yesterday with no watch. Picked up as I went but definitely was tired last .5 miles.
Today I went to the track and ran
a) 2 miles in 15:17 (7:38 pace)
7 minute break
b) 1 mile in 7:27
5 minute break
c) 1 mile in 7:00
What should I be focusing on these next 4 weeks?
