Paula Radcliffe spoke to SNTV (00:57) on Monday about Alberto Salazar's Nike Oregon Project saying athletes should not be tainted by association and says it may be "renamed" rather than shut down.

God why is she always in the news with a sound bite? Just stay out of it, Paula, your guilty conscience is super obvious.
Interesting Nike putting her on the "talk" circuit to defend Salazar . Though they would try to let it die off. She is keeping it in the News in the UK.
Careful choice of words. There's "no evidence" is not the same as saying they weren't doping. How many dopers provide actual evidence of their doping?

Not Ratcliffe that's for sure.
Destroying evidence of doping is very important. Look at the Rusada situation.
I think she is referring to a large body of evidence from a recent and lengthy investigation and arbitration resulting in the ban of their coach.

Correct.
For those who have not listened to the 57 second video, Paula's view is that it is not right to suspect NOP athletes on the basis of the Salazar verdict, as there is no basis with respect to the NOP athletes, and these NOP athletes need to be protected from baseless aspersions. While you may have the rights -- as in the right to your opinion, and the right to freedom of speech -- to cast aspersions, you don't have the basis for it in that report.
"Once that ruling came in from USADA (sic) and Alberto Salazar is banned for 4 years for having broken the rules of the sport"
"My big point is that you have to protect those athletes"
"There is no evidence in all of that report that shows that any of these athletes were doping"
"We don't have the right to cast aspersions, and to doubt their performances, and to damage their reputations"

Not correct! Even you admitted in the Salazar is banned thread that there was such evidence (but not sufficient to ban any athlete (other than Magness)). Why do start with the same old lie again? To protect Paula's lie?
'There is no evidence that shows that those athletes were doping'
Paula is lying again.
In addition to Mo's and Rupp's likely doping status in 2016, one finds in the report direct evidence:
1) a witness reported that "Alberto Salazar’s athletes" used "thyroid and testosterone therapy"
2) "a Galen Rupp medical record from 2002 that included the line “Presently on prednisone and testosterone medication”."
Motive and opportunity were also established:
1) Salazar was a testo cheat as athlete
2) Salazar coached testo cheat Decker
3) Salazar was seen with testo around his athletes in 2008 while not having a prescription
4) Salazar's own testo levels went down after he obtained a larger testo prescription
5) Salazar estimating that doping gives you 2 minutes in the marathon
6) Salazar routinely send the professional masseuse away to give Rupp private massages behind closed doors
I am so looking forward to the appeal, and having NOP's old samples retested with today's best methods...
Drug cheats out!

No casual observer, you are the liar. It has been pointed out to you many times that your suspicion is based on normal fluctuations of blood volumes due to dehydration. Which you ignore to continue to post lies.
What's amusing about this constant US obsession with Paula's WR time is that she is actually faster than everyone who posts on this board.
Whilst we are at it, why are Americans so negatively obsessed with British/Kenyan and Norwegian athletes? My best bet is pure and simple jealousy.
The constant salivating at a possible Rupp or Hasay race is palatable...despite the 100% DNF rate of late.
Stop embarrassing yourselves and focus on important US issues - like the crime wave hitting Sweden...you massive bell ends.

I think she is probably relieved that someone broke her record, and by a decent margin. So many pathetic posters jealous of her achievement who can't accept that she had a work ethic they can never match.
What are you advocating this time rekrunner? You don't want posters casting any suspicion on NOP athletes despite their coach being banned 4 years for anti-doping violations? But, OTOH, it's okay with you if suspicion is casted as along as the Salazar connection is left out? Are you apologizing for Salazar's behavior by hiding behind the premise that there can not be any possibility of NOP athletes involved with any form of doping by their coach, despite the inclusive list of evidence posted by casual obsever?
Sorry I didn't quote it, but what I meant by "correct" was the poster "Salazar Ban"'s observation: "I think she is referring to a large body of evidence from a recent and lengthy investigation and arbitration resulting in the ban of their coach." The sentence you quoted below, does not come from me, but was a direct quote from Paula from the video. I explained why I provided Paula's direct quotes.

I know you have this need to jump into all Paula Radcliffe threads , even though you handle was not brought up . Paula is wrong , you do have the right to view athletes tainted by a dirty program . The same way as Paula supporting the banning of Russian athletes who never tested positive and the only affiliation is with a "dirty" program, causing a ban from the Olympics.

I think my statement is not ambiguous.
I am curious though, how evidence "shows that any of these athletes were doping" but is "not sufficient to ban any athlete".
Your handle was not brought up either. Is "athletes tainted by a dirty program" supported by the report? I guess just the same as you, I think it was unfair to the clean Russian athletes to ban them from competing.

Absolutely. Who are these fools that talk back to the bloody obvious? Is it an internet competition they have to win regardless of the puny merits of their argument?
So who was Salazar doping? Himself??? his pet hamster????
Who would a trainer be presumed to be doping? Of course he is doping athletes and only a complete imbecile could ever presume otherwise.

Not everyone on let'srun was a 10000m/Marathoner as was Paula Radcliffe. I never wanted to be a 10000m runner/Marathoner. I promise you Radcliffe's P.B. are not better/faster than mine in every T&F event.
Poster, do you watch Am. football? Are you familiar with Coach Bill Belichick? He never was a college Am. football player but Belichick is the best professional football coach, ever.
One can have informed opinions without being a world class Marathoner.
