15 year old with following pr’s
5k- 17:46.59
1500- 4:41.65 (Ran when I was 14)
My xc season will conclude with my last practice being held on Tuesday. I have a goal for this track season of 4:40 or under for the 1600. I was just wondering what type of training would be able to get me to that point of fitness? Would 45-50 mpw be enough?
