I am somehow not able to recover from any training anymore. I used to run 110-120mpw, feeling great, energetic and full of energy and motivation. Since three weeks my training is getting worse and worse. I don’t have the energy to run, my legs feel weak and without power and my muscles are not recovering at all. I can at least run 3 days in a row before I need a rest day and I am just running very easy. It feels like I am not gaining any fitness from the training and every run just sucks more energy out of my body. Blood markers where all good but my testosterone levels are extremely low. Could this be the cause? What else could be the cause that I feel so bad ? Thanks in advance
