I’m trying to figure out what my paces will be for indoor track starting this winter my cross season is winding down with only one meet to go before I start training for track.
About me: currently a freshmen in college current PR 27:49 on a not so flat course weather had been bad for all races I split 16:59 over 5k for this race
Last year as a senior in high school I went
10:33 for 3200
4:46 for 1600
2:03 for 800
54 for 400
Obviously I’ve gotten a lot better since last spring and I want to know about where I should be pacing at for these races as I have a mile time trial in a few weeks thanks
