Hi Guys. Following daniels 2q 55-70 plan with some modifications. just wondering how have others found the final 2 week taper. 2q 2E+1T+2M+1T+2M+2E around 10 days out. 90 minutes easy a week before the race and finally 3 x 1T with 2 mins rest mid week before race.
Does the plan A look much different?
