I’m in my peak week of marathon training and dealing with some legit training fatigue. I’m putting in 90-95 miles/week and in a perpetual state of tiredness. I know how important sleep is during this stage of training, and I’m just not getting enough of it (probably ~6 hours/night).
Somehow I still manage to hit my paces in workouts and run my planned mileage. In fact, while I’m running I have good energy. It’s the moments between workouts when I’m dragging ass.
Aside from getting more sleep, what tips do you have for dealing with training fatigue?
