Do it the day before. This will prime your system for the hard work the day after. Doing these the day after a hard session is more likely to result in muscle damage or injury due to tightness from your core hard session.
No you will fall over dead if you run hill sprints the day after a hard workout. never ever do this.
I knew a kid that did this and he died. It was the day after another kid ate pop rocks with a Coke and his stomach exploded. It was a tough week around the 'hood.
Why not take a recovery day in between, that way you can execute with better form and not run the risk of muscle damage?
Oooh, look out for that muscle damage, you can't get muscle damage if you are coming off an easy day, only after a hard day.
That's why sprinters never pull a hammy in a race. Oh wait?
