I’ve been racing triathlons for 7 years with 2 years off in the middle. 26 year old M. Switching towards pure running. I was running 25-35 mpw with lots of intensity.
Been increasing around 10% per week last 6 weeks, just did a 62 mi week. All easy miles. I also bike commute to work adding up to 4ish hours a week. Was going to take a recovery week than keep ramping up. I want to do a few 2020 marathons.
TLDR - when do I stop ramping up mileage and start adding back in some intensity.
