Masters PRs this past spring- 48:20, 1:49:24, no racing since
Consistent 50-55 mpw over past 15 weeks running 6 days a week- easy medium LR of 10-12, a w/o midweek usually tempo or CV intervals or hills, 3 18 milers, 2 20 milers.
Most recently last week ran 18- 3ez, 10@ 8:55, 3 @8:30, 2 ez and
yesterday ran 18 -3 ez 6 @ 9 min, 1ez, 6 @ 9 min , 2 ez- this was on packed path with 700 ft elevation
Starting taper now- looking to go sub 4 - (9:09 pace)
Is this a reasonable goal?
