My 400m PR is 50.04. So maybe my mile time would have improved about 0.16 seconds! Man, imagine what could have been!
I ran 4:28 with my slow twitch 58 second 400m 'speed', so I would have loved to turn out a 50 flat 400 and 3:56 mile.
