Has any LRposter tried hypnosis to improve their distance running?

I used "autosuggestion", which I believe is a form of hypnosis, for my professional and personal life and I got some amazing results. What you do is before going to sleep at night and first thing in the morning is to see yourself accomplishing what you want and repeat it out loud. This has to be done with absolute belief AND repeated many days in a row, for your subconscious to "digest it".
I didn't do it for running, my running is fine for me, but did it for professional and personal goals and it is astonishing - like a secret to mankind! Now I didn't get exactly what I wanted but I got the equivalent. Actually I almost got what I wanted. It was really like a dream come true.
I run under the hypnosis of Pure Hate. Think of nothing else on your run except purging your thoughts and feelings with intense, prolonged cardio.

Right before going to sleep picture yourself running how you want (how fast and far). Then do it again right when you wake up. Repeat it out loud several time and hold the end result. Do this with belief that it will come true and do it for a month and report back on the results. If you get no results then you must not be believing. Belief is key along with repetition.
