Which guru, book, series of youtube lectures...is best as the starting point.
I've heard names thrown around before (Jim Beam, Lynaird, Magness, Knokes).

Just run...some fast (like out of breath for a bit, then do it again..over and over. Once every 10 or so days, run continuously for 45 to 60 min at a comfy effort. If you're under 30, and you're currently a 29:00 5k'r, you'll be down into the low 22's before you know it . If you're over 30, find a new hobby\ cause this one ain't coming your way in terms of enjoyment or monetary gain or anything else.
