Okay so I started my tournament series yesterday and was pretty disappointed in how I performed (16:01 5k) everyone was talking about how crappy we all felt so idk I guess it was just one of those days. So the past 2 Sundays I've taken the day off but idk if I should run today to 1. Get my confidence back up, 2. Shake out the gunk, and 3. See if it helps any for the upcoming week or more. So any advice
