Hello all
I ran 50 miles in the summer with 3 to 4 doubles. My prs during summer trsck were 4 53 and 10 34. My goal is to break 17 in xc for 5k so i could get top 10 at districts and move on to region. My fastest time is 17: 14 on a tough course. All my other races have been hot or cancelled. Today I did a 2 mile time trial in 10 39. I did about 85 percent I did not kick or push the pace that much. Districts is this Thursday is sub 17 possible. By the way i am 17 and a senior.
