I would say the US probably has less than 10 legitimate sub 28:26 guys today.
There are more than that many 28:20 Americans in college.

One team (maybe the only? ) just last year BYU had four guys run 28:18 or better in the 10k. Coincidently, also the top 4 collegiate times. Rarity

Tilastopaja says 21 this year. They have had notices (Not to me directly) not to copy and paste without permission or forfeit subscription, I like the site too much to risk it.

I'm curious, how would they know who cut and pasted? In this case, I don't think it really adds value, I am just curious.

I am not sure how they would know it is a paid subscription service 99 Euros a year.
