I’ve been challenging those goals for quite some time and I think I might be more ready than ever. I’m sick of 5ks and 10ks so I might throw myself onto come all comers track races.
Today I did 4 x 400m workout with walk back recoveries (about 5 min)
I went 80, 80, 77 then 74.
Age: 31 F
Mpw: 35
Weight: 119lbs at 5’4
History: I’ve been running for 3 years, my stamina may be a bit worse than average because I smoked for a decade before I started running.
