Random but, Centrowitz is almost 30 and he looks several years younger in my opinion. Hey Centro, I could use some tips on anti-aging.

I don't know...cause he's 29? Maybe its my old ass, but people in their 20s look all the same to me, whether 20 or 29, I usually can't tell them apart

Genetics, good diet, and very possibly the side affect of some of the performance enhancing drugs he uses.
He’s always looked fairly young for his age. Some people just do. Myself included.
Allie O and Hasay are prob more extreme examples, and trust me, people get tired of hearing about how young they look. Some people think they’re being complimentary, some think they’re being funny, some are being condescending pricks....but trust me, as someone who was in the same boat, others don’t seem to be hesitant to point it out and it gets old very very quick.
Good jeans?
His mom

And good shoes.
Centro looks like he's in his early 20s while Kipchoge looks like he's in his 50s....crazy. ?
Ag cheat?
Kipchoge definitely not an age cheat.
I read somewhere that EPO has anti aging side effects and that if you put blood of younger mice into older mice, the older mice live longer. Just food for thought. I am not saying he is blood doping. I think he is very clean. His long time coach getting four year suspension doesn't put a black eye at all on any current or former athletes.
I know LRC is mostly brehs who don’t care about skincare, but melanin matters. His mother is Guyanan, so he’s not going to get all sunburnt and look as weathered as a lot of lily white runners. His face will start to get saggy instead of wrinkly in his 40s.
If you’re in high school and want to look less like an old man in your mid-30s, start putting on some baby sensitive skin sunblock on your face before your workouts.
I remember when he was in high school he looked like a middle school kid. One big thing is his size. He is a small dude that helps.
What we associate with looking old is really just skin damage from the sun. Non-white people don't "age" as much as because their skin doesn't get as damaged.
He hasn’t ruined his skin by binge drinking through uni and his late 20s.

there is no way he is born in '84-he is the oldest looking 34 year-old that I have ever seen: I would wager that he is 39 or 40 in real years....makes sense that he was about 23 in Paris winning the 5000m rather than 18...

Same way, but worse: they all look like 16 year olds.
Ah, to be young and free of joint inflammation.

Please, tell me how this works again?
