Just wanted to spread the word that all Runners especially girls in the high school age need to look at proper nutrition and possibly supplements

High school girls should especially be aware of the potential to need extra amounts of iron calcium and vitamin D
Let's spread the word to any athletes along with coaches and parents that they should consult with doctors nutritionists and well-informed people to make educated decisions about nutrition and possibly the need for supplements
