Take 325mg ferrous sulfate, it'll make your poop weird for a few weeks but keep it up and your body will adapt just fine. Worked for me.

I talked to my coach about it and he can make my poo come out half dark and half light.
Probably reving up the liver so it does what it does quickly.

I had about half of a 23 oz container left so by my calculations that's roughly 350mg of iron over the course of 2 hours.
