Hey guys, I am looking for some ideas, tips, anything to help me get back into running. I ran all 4 years in college at the D2 level, then recently ran a marathon that absolutely destroyed running for me. It was a bad weather day, ran a bad time, and I have not found the urge to get back on the horse. I know I love running, I watched almost every distance event at worlds, keep up on college times still and even some high school times. I just need to find something or a reason to get back out there. Anyone have any ideas? maybe a book or movie to read or watch to spark something. Its frustrating. Thanks in advance guys.
