This was my workout yesterday in trainers at about 90% effort.
4 x 1 mile repeats with 60 seconds rest

What can I run for 1600, 3200 and 5000?

Which ones were 90%? 5:15 or 5:46?
Because there's no way in hell you should be hitting such varied splits in a workout if it was a comfortable 90%.
We took the 2nd one easy because our coach wanted to see if underclassmen could keep up with us

Wow, you are so cool and better than everyone.
You should be able to run 5K at about 5:25 pace (sub 17) on a track (on a harder course, adjust accordingly). Roughly equivalent would be something like 10:15 and 4:50 but if you're a speed oriented guy, maybe you go faster for those shorter distances.

I agree with this for the 5K, but not necessarily the shorter distances. 5K at somewhere between 5:20 - 5:30 pace (16:35 - 17:05 or so). Depending on how endurance-oriented you are, 1600/3200 could be anywhere from about 4:25-4:50 and 9:45 - 10:15.
My actual times
800 - 2:12
1600 - 4:46
3200 - 10:25 (always ran this after doing 2 events in track)
5000 - 16:27 (I’ve ran 16:34 twice)
