I will get straight to the point ;)
I started running almost 2 years ago and I fell in love with this sport. I'm 27 years old, 188cm and about 77kg. This year at spring I achieve 39:42 at 10k. Right now, it's almost autumn and I feel like I didn't move further. I have been running intervals, tresholds, calm runs(dunno how its called in english properly) and long runs. About 60-70k per weeks. Did I achieve my max level?
Like I know, I'm not that young and I start running late but I would love to improve much much better. Maybe I don't have predisposition? Or maybe I should run 100k per week? Like I see people running like 35min per 10k or 17 min around 5k, and they're not pro or running for many years. Is that all I got?
Maybe I should think about my plan? How it's supposed to look like?
