do you think I can run a sub 26 min 8k with these mile repeat splits. 4 min rest between each

That is a fairly considerate rest. I typically go 45-60s and run them around threshold, but that is just how I train. I would say if you are running in the 26’s now and you believe in your coach and training, yes, it can happen. That’s my very brief opinion.
26:25 at best
I'm slower than you but if I could do that workout I'd run 25:45, based on my mile repeat pace to race pace conversion.
just ran a 25:42. That's a lot better than 26:25

not to be too harsh, but
So you just posted that as a an affirmation or some sort of humblebrag?
You have purportedly proved you could run under 26 with repeat miles with a (long) rest.
what's your point?

Initially, there was a question. This was the answer to that question.
One other person gave a reasonable estimate, but no one else made any valuable contribution to the conversation. The follow-up with actual performance both answers the initial question and confirms the reasonable estimate.
That seems to be the OP's point, and it seems logical to me. What is the point of your comment?

Heck yeah, my prediction was almost spot on (too bad I can't run as fast as you)
