Was Aden secretly coaching him? ?

I do not recall over the past seven or so years for anyone on here to post stories of Makhloufi drinking booze while in Europe. Is he a clean living Muslim? Does Taoufik Makhloufi 100% keep away from drinking? If so, for boozing U.S. and European runners, clean living may look like a PED.
Look at the definition on his deltoids... 100% on steroids.

What's the point in this post? You could accuse anyone of being secretly coached by anyone.
The suspicion around Makhloufi is pure jealousy.
He surprised those not in the know in 2012 but then has continued to be a world class championship runner who doesn't care about the DL since then.
He will medal in 2020 and then retire having won medals in 3 separate Olympics and being the most successful 800/1500 athlete of the modern era.
Then maybe people will stop asking why he doesn't race in the off years. It's called looking after your body

I'm sure he is "looking after his body". But injuries and semi-retirement aren't what are usually advocated.

That's too much above ex-runner's head - he wouldn't know what you're talking about. Lol.

Total body weight training, some road mileage, intense track workouts and paying attention to what one eats, thus an athlete with sub-7 1/2% body fat. Poster, do you lift weights? Do you pay attention to what you eat which also means no beer, no spirits and no wine? Runners, 800m to Marathon do not have to be skinny-fat.
