That obviously means the athletes that Salazar coaches or coached at NOP, which is what the panel's suspension is all about. It has nothing to with suspicions about what Salazar did or didn't do almost 30 years ago.
Your suspicions about what Salazar did with the testosterone he was prescribed are irrelevant. Many men of his age have low testosterone and are prescribed supplementary testosterone to compensate. Even young distance runners are susceptible to low testosterone levels. Just ask Ryan Hall.
And the testosterone-sabotage test he conducted on his sons was reasonable in light of the Gatlin case.
No, the panel didn't find any evidence that Salazar doped the athletes he coaches with testosterone. You're grasping at non-existent straws.
