I ran an Ultra a month ago and injured my knee. I havent ran since then, but was doing 60mpw for months before that.
I plan to start back running this week.
I had already paid a lot of money for travel to NYC so want to run it. I do NOT care about time... I dont even care about the cutoff time. For a strategy, how should I train these last 4 weeks, and for the marathon, should I run walk or what? Im 42 and never been injured so dont know how to deal with it.
