I’m trying to figure out which event I should focus on for track season.
Freshman year
XC 5k: 17:49
800m: 2:14
1600: 4:53
3200: 11:00 (ran once)
Sophomore Year (this year)
XC 3 mile: 16:21 (on track)
XC 5k: 17:29 (earlier in season)
XC 2 mile (during 3 mile time trial): 10:53
I really don’t have a preference on what event I want to run, but what would you say i’m the “best” at? I know that these are average times and i’m not bragging at all.
I can’t decide if I should try to make the 4x8 and double in the 8 or run mile/8 or 2 mile/8
