Opps...his first was in the Etio trials in Hengelo, where he also ran 26:49 for third.
Hagos Gebriwet raced way too hard too early this year. Proof at this meet.
Pumped that Ahmed got under 27:00 though.

Definitely agree, but I also suspect that Cheptegei is just way better than anyone realizes at this point. There is a non-zero chance that he is a sub-3:30 1500 guy who can break 26:30 in a rabbited 10k.
