Lol hope she doesn’t get Russ’d and have to racewalk.
Arkansas? I thought she could have went to a more academically rigorous school, came across as sharp to me from her interviews. Oh well.
I went to Arkansas and I know that it's 'she could have gone' not 'she could have went'.
Guess she'll continue the racewalking on her own. She's pretty good at hte other events too

That is some U Oregon education in action!
Good lord. Forgive me Arkansas alums, but when you can write your ticket to any school I’m the country how do you choose the state of Arkansas?! In what metric is Arkansa a leader in anything?
For academics you could have gone to Harvard, Stanford, Duke, searthmore, Northwestern . If you wanted to be a pro you could have gone to Oregon, Washington, Villanova, Virginia.
Name a successful Arkansa grad? Anyone?
Not a graduate of Arkansas, but Bill Clinton.
That is the point. Bill did not attend Arkansas.
All of Al Gore’s kids got into Yale, no problem, and look at the gut on him.

Jerry Jones did okay. As did J. William Fulbright.
Don't know this girl's academic background or aspirations, but U Ark has some of the most generous fellowships in the nation and attracts quite a few Ivy level students.
Not sure what she will be majoring in, but UARK is a great business school with very strong ties to both Walmart and Tyson Foods. Couple that with a top level distance program, and you have a great option for high level distance runners.

Daniel Lincoln, MD.
Sure there will be many successful people but a much lower percentage than a highly selective or medium selective. Average ACT is only 26 which is on the low end of Power 5 schools.

I graduated from Brown, buddy, so step back.

Of course the selective schools are more likely to turn out a higher percentage of successful types, because they are starting with a better pool of kids. If everyone decided to bail on Princeton for Arkansas for some reason, I'd expect that Arkansas might be graduating a bunch of future stars.

Do you really feel the need to defend your overpriced degree based on a silly grammar mistake?

There is so much irony in this paragraph, I can hardly contain myself. Pick up a book, dude. Start reading immediately.
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
