10.91 might be Wariner's official 100 PR, but if he ran 20.19, he was capable of 10.20-10.25 at that time.
Ditto Naser, 22.50 might be her official 200 PR, but she'd be capable of around 22.0 for sure. That makes 400 time + 2 x 200 PR + 4.1, which is maybe just believable. Very good for a female in fact, so she's probably in 21.80-21.90 shape.
As to what she's on, who knows?
There are plenty on here who can sprint 200m superior to one's 100m. There is a reason physiologists prefer to see runners sprint 200m as opposed to 100m. One-hundred metres: quick reaction to start gun, exploding out of the blocks, staying low for 15m then transitioning to upright sprint form. If one does not practice 100m &/or if one did not grow up playing baseball and Am. football, one is not going to start well, 100m.

So she’s a female Michael Jackson on steroids. Why did she bleach her skin?

It will be epo + hgh
After reading this article, it is possible that she might cleaner than her competition and her former teamates (but certainly not clean, because her time does not make sense).https://elpais.com/deportes/2019/10/04/actualidad/1570199476_916343.html
When she begun training with me [her Dominican coach] in 2017, she could not h/squat 80kg, now she can do 160kg.
If she could not half-squat 80kg in 2017 (while being able to run 49"8 ), under her former Bulgarian coach, it safe to say that he didn't put her on Winstrol...
Also her large strength gains weren't accompanied by physical changes under her new coach. It is pretty easy to spot females on steroids, because they tend to be more sensitive to androgens, but Naser does not seems to have a visible set of abs (yet). Her physique should have been transformed
There are hundreds of "fitness" chicks on Instagram who makes her look chubby but probably aren't half as fit.
So if her former trainer did not make her lift, it might be because she had a steep progression, and he decided to hold off...
Also we learn on the article, that Miller-Uibo nearly fainted after the race, and vomited. She is reaching her limits, and was totally shocked after the race...
I don' t what she is taking but it would seems to be miraculous.
Salwa is a strength athlete not a bodybuilder .
Is there something out there that can largely improve strength without changing the physique ? Or is it normal for a 50kg-55kg female that has never touched weights, to not be able to squat 80kg?
Thoughts? Great research; the skin bleaching and the Bahraini father backstory made me chuckle. Good work.
Looking back through the women’s all time lists, the closest non-eastern European to Salwa would be Ana Quirot, in terms of a model for how they’re pulling this off. That is, running the 400 at a high percentage of 200 reserve requires huge 800 strength, which Ana had at 1:54.
I wonder if the comment by Salwa’s coach about her being a strength athlete refers to this, rather than to gym work. If so, she could have also won the 800 title at a canter.
The alternative is EPO.
all elite athletes are on cocktails of drugs like that, not just the russians.as for the biological passport,i dont have much faith in that.if it worked, tens,or even hundreds of american athletes would show up as positive, and they havent.
She was NO QUESTION doping. When she won she looked guilty not excited. Her comments afterward also seem to drip with guilt, "the children of Bahrain will now look up to me." Her coach facilitated and training partners/teammates were suspended for doping.
She has a similar stride to Flojo, who just happened to have one of the best strides of all time. Of course most people get too hung up on her likely (very likely((very very very likely))) using steroids.
The consensus here is that she's juiced, I am not far from agreeing to this..
However, it looks like her competition might not be less juiced than her :

Secondly, her 100m/200m PBs might tell the truth about her speed. Here she is overtaking the athlete in the picture above (who has 100m PB more than 0.2s faster)

My guess is that, if her "handlers" decide to go the full Frankenstein-monster road with her, she'll be 47"-ing the 400m.
that explains it wrote:

Yet another Pineda athlete. How many of his athletes have to get caught/die of mystery illnesses before he gets banned?

Don't name drop. No-one in their right mind would take masteron injections. It's also more of a cosmetic androgen. No world champions are being made from this.
Props to the OP. You called it.
Who is her coach these days ?

Naser is a doper. She’s also a tremendous natural talent who is probably doping far less than a lot of her competitors. Just look at this photo. It’s obvious who the cleaner athlete is. It’s sad that talents like Naser give in and dope when they would be competitive at a high level without the good-good, whereas freak shows who couldn’t outrun my sister are swallowing the whole medicine cabinet.

They at least had much faster times at shorter distances, same for Perec and Miller-Uibo. 22.51 und 48.14 is ridiculous
Well, Koch did, yes, she moved up to the 400 from 100-200m. Kratochvilova was an 800m (and wr holder). I doubt her 100-200m times were faster.

Ah the often overlooked yet most common tell-tale sign of doping. The "Rashid Ramzi" factor - the sh$tty mover who when under fatigue at the end of races simply seems to "muscle" through it all where mere mortals capitulate.
(in all seriousness this is the 1A tell-tale sign of dopers)

Well, better look it up next time before speculating. Kratochvilova's PBs are 11.09 and 21.97
