the clenched fist from filip doesn't look good, but think it's a stretch to call it a punch.
FRom the video, I saw FI crowding Lemi. It didn't seem like Lemi was trying to get out
But regardless, even if you give FI the benefit of the doubt, the fact remains that The Ingebrigstens are always involved in dust ups. Always.
The amount of jealousy and white guilt on this website is insane. Seems like there's a cluster of dorks who feel compelled to throw a tantrum every time one of The Brothers steps on the track.
Filip did nothing wrong here. Likewise, Jakob did nothing wrong in his 5000 heat.
Oh, the supremacists have arrived. How fitting...

There are several different groups:
1. Bored people who post specifically to incite angry responses. They couldn't care less about the subject matter, just about aggravating others.
2. People who look the same as successful athletes but never made it past the semi-pro level (14.30+ etc.), who revel in every mistake and bad performance from the pros in an attempt to feel better about themselves.
3. Blind patriots who defend their own and diss the rest.
4. More bored (and old) people who romanticize the past, the so-called pre-doping era, and reject every good performance done recently because of doping.
5. People unironically supporting Trump. Hillary deserved to lose for what the Democratic Party did during the primaries, but in a normal first world country Trump would've been impeached by now.
6. People with eyes who watch replays.

Then why didn't Ethiopia file a report to get Filip Ingebrigtsen disqualified?
And why didn't the race referee and video referee disqualify him after actually watching the replays?

Because they played the middle and moved both to the semi. Lemi was moved ahead, as was the other runner who fell by the way.
What tripe. Impeached for what? The Mueller investigation yielded nothing to support that, and what is going on now is not likely to yield such a result either. And what about Biden? Where is the outrage for what Biden admitted? And Hillary deserves worse than merely having lost.

Pretty damning pic right there. Filip is leaning over into the inside runner. WTF is that?

Because the alternative is to let the ethiopian push him out of the lane he is running in dude.

You guys didn't see the slo-mo replay of Ingerbrigsten punching him in the back?!??
Of course they didn't "see" it. Letsrun.com is a rabid cesspit of racial bias so clear and obvious it's toe curlingly embarrassing.
Lemi and the Aussie should be moved to the next round. Ingebritsen should be dq’d but plenty of people want to see him in the next so he won’t get dq’d.

Filip had position on Lemi...Lemi pushed and cut in front, and Filip gave him a punch. Lemi was in wrong trying to get out of the box.
I agree; at first I thought he was at fault, but the replay seems to indicate Lemi cut in front.
I wonder if the Australian runner who fell early will get put into the SF.
Definitely should not have cut in. He got himself in a bad position and panicked to get himself out- so he fell, good for him.
Filip gave an unbelievably arrogant interview on french tv after the race. asked if he thought there'd be an appeal by the ethipians he said "I dont know and I dont care", then walked off. Guys in the studio couldn't believe it. Jerk

Haha at least you agree with my statement
Just before that Filip said " these people get nervous and do stupid things". So many ways to terpret this...none of them sounds good.

Yeah, so?
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
Red Bull (who sponsors Mondo) calls Mondo the pole vaulting Usain Bolt. Is that a fair comparison?
