Yes.
Yes.
We have maybe 2-300 years of reliable temperature data... that's about 1% of one Ice-Age cycle. And of course, no control study. Anybody claiming that as any "scientific proof" of man-made anything isn't much of a scientist.
No
"man made," no. It's the women's fault. They're the ones who want the big climate-controlled houses, fat gas-guzzling SUVs, and the suped-up fancy cities with their crazy resource consumption.
No data, no case. wrote:

Do we know the exact temperature on a specific day 1000 years ago in what would become Paris, France? Probably no. We do know earth's atmosphere used to have app. 30% oxygen. We're around 21% oxygen now. It would not take much for us humans to ruin things. It would be ashame to find out the hard way that humans may go extinct at oxygen levels as low as 18%.
I'm worried about western civilization. Brits and Brexit, Americans and Trump, science and religion. People are losing the ability to think critically and assess evidence. The science on manmade climate change is almost universal, rigorous and good quality, peer reviewed work. The criticisms of manmade climate change are generally funded by energy companies and commercial interests.
Look across at India and China - they are hardworking, forward looking and growing fast. As developing countries they have problems but they're also investing massively in renewable energies. In 100 years they will be the dominant world powers, and the west will be a bigoted religious backwater, like the middle east is now.
No, I will never be convinced.
A supposed change in weather patterns are ordained by God, as Man are the shepherds of the Earth.
I'm not a scientist but banks/investors don't believe it to be true.
So if our emissions aren't causing the planet to warm, what is causing the planet to warm?
Scientists have already systematically went through every variable they can think of and can't find a natural cause.
So if you think the world is warming due to some natural force, the onus is on you to find one and prove it. The climate scientists have already proven its CO2 and methane - where are your research papers proving it's something else?

And I'll give you an answer to your ridiculous question. The ideal temperature for the planet for human beings would be empirically determined to be the average temperature from 6000 BCE to about 1750 AD. That was the era that agriculture and civilization developed.
No

Uh....ever hear of this thing called THE SUN!!!! Every variable....right.
I'll tell all of you: You have a problem with global warming? Then don't drive a fossil fueled vehicle. I don't. I gave up (rather got rid of) my car years ago and now bicycle everywhere. It's not always safe where I live and some people in my community look down upon it (almost one uses a bicycle; definitely not to go to the store or work) but to me it's a joy. The best part without me even realizing it my part in reducing pollution. I urge everyone to do the same. It's really run. Plus I'm as fit and trim as a puma! Most people here are bloated, overweight and couldn't literally run 1/8 of a mile!

It's absolutely bananas that Americans are still this stupid.
Yet we run the world. And have lead the world in science, business and technology for the past 100 years or so.
You might want to rethink your level.
Really, please tell what you are 'leading', and what you are 'running'?
Try 'stealing' instead
You are leading the world in consumption for sure....and debt.
The people who "run" the world are those that produce the goods and services that make the world a better place. It's the governments, in general, that interfere and makes things worse.
Two comments:
First, about 'Merica leading in science. There are many great scientists in America, but look at the faculty page for physics and chemistry at any good institution, huge amount of diversity. White supremacists would be disappointed to know that they are paying for the education, training and high salaries of so many foreigners. Patriotic youth should study science instead of joining the military.
Second, most scientists don't work on global climate models, running them into the future looking for doomsday forecasts. We work for years at a time on very narrowly focused pieces of the puzzle, like the quantum dynamics of particular molecules. The results might enter into the models, but just as easily might apply to developing a new laser system.

Yeah man. This world would be heaven if we didn't have any governments!
