No.
No.
Nays lead this by more than 3:1. And as with any thread on letsrun a lot of noise and bloviating but the deniers seem to be outnumbering those that believe recent climate change (melting glaciers, ice caps, and permafrost, warming seas and land temps, etc. that we've seen accelerate over the last 40 years is human caused).
I as long time poster, I think there are about 6-10 deniers here, but they are vociferous and relentless and they just repeat themselves (voting how many times it takes) over and over and over.
For example. Hi Gary!
Hi Chuck!

Yet we run the world. And all scientific, engineering, business, medical, military and technological advancements come from Merica. And on top of that, freedom.
Euro is good at taxes and gay rights. Good job!
You’re also all fat and dumb.
No.
The earths climate is in a perpetual state of change, leave it to leftist politicians and alarmists to leverage something as obvious as the sun rising for political gain.
If these nit-wits cared at all for the climate, the planet, they'd be going nuts over Fukushima- the single worst environmental disaster in the entire history of human kind. Crickets!
There are numerous things we can all engage and stand for that might actually have a positive effect on the planets environment, man made climate change doesn't even deserve an honorable mention.

odd that we could run the world that way

The duped guy has spoken. He's definitely a consumer of the propaganda.
It's important to look at Republican criticisms in order to see their actual values by reversing the criticism. One way you make things go away is to accuse the other of your particular weakness. In this case, they say that money is behind the claim that there is anthropogenic climate change. In fact, the big, big fossil fuel money, led by Exxon and the Kochs, is behind climate change skeptics, whereas very few people have any current economic incentive to believe in climate change as caused by people's activities.
No, I do not.

question is in the sig line
So? What's it like being incredibly stupid?

What's it like asking yourself questions all the time?
The only reasonable answer to this for 99.9% of the population is:
“I don’t know. I do not have the background expertise and have not spent the requisite time studying the question. I shouldn’t consider myself an expert because I read Michael Crichton’s ‘State of Fear’”
The question then evolves to: “While acknowledging that scientific understanding is an evolving process, and prevailing scientific theory is sometimes flawed or completely incorrect, do I still believe that policy decisions should be based on the best available evidence at this time?”
If your answer to that is “no”, you then have to ask yourself:
“Why is my knee jerk response to disbelieve the general consensus of climate scientists?”

Probably because the belief in man's effect on climate change is NOT the consensus of climate scientists.
No.

What is it like not thinking for yourself but just parroting back the propaganda you've ingested as a good a proper sheep?
Not a lot of registered user posts on this thread, so I agree there's maybe 10 people answering "no" in a myriad of ways.
Meanwhile, I'll trust science on this sort of stuff - including scientists who work for Exxon, who say mankind is responsible for over half of current earth warming.
And spare me the warming/cooling spiel. With warming comes more water vapor in the atmosphere, leading to "wilder" weather. Certainly you've noticed? Or maybe you're distracted by 16-year-olds who are livid. Sort of like you are, when it comes to issues of automatic weapons, or people who are gay, or Mexicans.
Yes,
But the only viable solution is a zombie apocalypse. A lot of the demands for immediate action involve far more suffering than the gradual actions that are being undertaken. If you look at the US, our emissions have been dropping for the past twenty years in spite of population and economic growth and increased petroleum production in that same period.

I have scientific education in these matter, with grad courses. And had most of that education before this was a thing. So I understand science behind the theory and I took a long time to consider the evidence. You on the other hand get your information from Breitbart and jag websites, which have no scientific backing whatsoever. So it's utterly laughable to even acknowledge small minded-little trollies like yourself.
No
No.
I am a US based scientist who works on molecules such as ozone, CO2, methane etc.
I find the contrasts seen in this society amazing. There are the willfully ignorant and the truly ignorant, but also intelligent thoughtful people. I know Americans who are physically active, and speak a second language. It does suck to live amongst a majority of slobs and fools.
