I was always curious about what times I "should have" been capable of running. In high school I ran a 16:23 xc 5k, 1:59 800, 4:35 1600, 9:48 3200. In college I went on to run a 15:23 on the track. Post college I ended up running a 1:14:40 HM. I feel like I could've run 4:20 or better for the 1600 in a bigger race, but are these times indicative of a sub 15 5k?
