I did a very bad move 2.5 months ago changing departments in the company i work for, leaving a cool job and boss to work in a more junior role with a person i don't get along with - to top it all i can't blame anyone else as i was the one who took the decision, the process has been fair and honest. I can't even explain how bad of a move that was and i don't even understand the reasons behind. Life sometimes teaches the hard way i guess.
In my low 30s this is my first big professional mistake i can recall of.

I like to think the mindset of a runner helps in such scenarios, but honestly I barely started this new marathon and feel like walking in km 2.
