Why is that ? Because it is now believed that, contrary to former mainstream scientific opinion, and repeatedly touted by whacko paleo/keto cult diet fadists, HDL cholesterol (aka the "good" cholesterol) may not do anything beneficial for you, but is simply a marker for good health? Is that why? Or is it because you are a keto/paleo cultist yourself and believe that high blood levels of total and LDL cholesterol aren't bad for one, that it is giant conspiracy, and that the "cholesterol hypothesis" is false and debunked? I bet.........that latter.
