What I'd like to know is the shoe has been around since 2016 (elites) and 2017 (plebeians), maybe we've all worn it, maybe we haven't.
If we're establishing it as the pure form of cheating then clearly nobody has improved their PRs since wearing them for the first time in 2017 or whenever.
Who has worn them, and yet subsequently improved, which throws the entire argument down the drain?
I first wore them in 2017 and went under 18 min for a 5k - so clearly 'cheating'. Now I can run under 17min. WTF let'srun? how is that possible?
