OP here, the reason why I started this thread was because I was trying to find out the results of the top finishers. In trying to find this info, I found a article where he said he ran a 140 miles the week before. So to run such a time like he did while training through it is noteworthy. If I found a article about Mo Farah or the second or third place finisher saying something similar, I would've posted that too.
Yes, he "said" that he ran 140 miles the week before, but that doesn't mean that he really did.
