Tu - 14:45, 3:28, 3:27, 3:22, 3:24. This was with LancRunner and a few other guys on our club. Was a really good workout, probably the best of 2019 so far. 800 after the 4k and 600s rec after the others
Fr - 5k was 2s slower than last year and I couldn't be happier, apart from tuesday's workout there was no indication of this result being possible. Got 16th place. after about a half mile nobody passed me and I didn't pass anybody. At halfway I was 10s ahead/behind of the people around me and by the end it was 30s on both ends. So it was just solo pushing the whole way
Su - Decided on Saturday to sign up for this triathlon since the one a few weeks ago I got sick the night before. Distances are 1500m swim 40k bike 10k run. Splits were 27:13(1:39/100yd) 1:19:49(18.7MPH) 38:02(6:07s) with 3:13 in total transition time (T1+T2). (Lums Pond) Flat run and bike, no waves/current
