Don't forget in 2003 he won the Cross Country junior world title in Switzerland and then the 5000m in Paris, a race that included Kenenisa Bekele and Hicham El Guerrouj, as apparently 18-year old. You really think a 18-year old could have beat both of the two Great's in one race? Age cheating is a massive problem in Kenya, LRC focuses mostly on doping which is another problem but kinda overshadows the age cheating which only gets attention on the yearly World Junior events.
