Hi y'all. Sorry not sorry for asking zis question.
What's the classic end all running bible I should follow for 1600m/5000m training?
Do I buy "Daniels' Running Formula 3rd edition" off Amazon or is there something better you guys suggest?
Nv done track before. Been doing lots of easy, tempo, and long runs on roads and hikes over mountains past 2yrs, 6-7 days a wk. I can handle 12hrs a wk of running easily.
Legs feeling strong AF but I haven't tasted metal since I was a kid. Time to focus on my weakness to get better. Running 5 min miles looks like fun. I wanna do that. :> Some guy I know took a video of me running 7:30 mile repeats and it looked like I was jogging. :( My 9:30-9:45 easy pace must look dumb as heck. Xd
Thanks homies.
