Haha! Exactly. "I never get hurt, why are you hurt?!"

Very impressive times at the age of 60+. What are your life time PRs?
Nothing super.
If you believe in altitude conversions then 4:25, 15:15, 31:45, and 1:11 for above distances.
If you don't then 4:31, 15:34, 32:12, and 1:13
I've had the good fortune of aging healthy I guess (my friends in the 50+ forum say it's all genetics). Good diet. Live high train and race low, and I've zeroed in on a training system that works well for me.
Considering your old PRs your 60+ marks look even more impressive, definitely Ed Whitlock's territory. I would have guessed at least 14:30/30:00 in your prime. Perhaps your training was not optimal back then. Could you please outline your diet and training? I am 44 and I am attempting a similar restart, I've been averaging 60 mpw for 4 months. At this mileage I often manage only 1 workout per week and I am pretty tired and hungry all the time which results in eating sweet stuff and drinking a few beers or some wine several times a week.
At 6'5 190+ when I am a little out of running shape and still over 180 in great shape 21.3 BMI, this high mileage advice is preposterous. And yes , I am quite a bit over 40 at least 57. Most men my size haven't run well for decades.
