What is more interesting is the fact she had the flu and was still able to run 10.94.
This alone raised my suspicion .
How many did Jordan score when he had the flu?

Being "ill" and taking "cold medicine" also always provides a nice cover story if a test goes positive (+). You can always claim it was contaminated somehow (gf bought it in India, etc.). Sunburned lips is another angle (Johaug).
Jakob Ingebrigtsen just liked her August 20 IAAF Gen10 post on Instagram, WTF?
Briana will be fine. Long as she keeps her faith in God, no weapon formed against her shall prosper.

You can buy the story or not,
NOT! Every athlete comes up with these whale of a tale mitigating circumstances stories from illnesses and tainted beef to tea money. Doping bans should be 8 years, the first 4 of which are served in prison.

If I were 19 and saw her picture, yeah, that's a 'like'. No reason for it to be any deeper than that.

Hopefully you realize this is a child.
I seriously doubt someone would be doping at 17 especially someone who has been breaking records since they entered the sport and . Also, I doubt Ato would risk his career by doping a 17 year old. Athletes in all sports have been known to use substances to lose water weight, albiet, dopers have been know to use diuretics to flush their system as well. Athletes are human and humans make legitimate mistakes.

The doping apologists are out in force I see. What does age have to do with anything? You can be murderer or a thief while being a child. Why not a doper? track coaches in the usa seem to be really dumb. No wonder the usa sucks in distance running and only wins sprints because of structured doping

Quick make a thread about your rock-solid deductions!
Is she by chance related to Brian Williams? If so, he could make up a story to get her off and everyone will believe for about a decade.

Add diuretic to random cold medicine that "mom" bought and send to testing agency. No, problem Man.
Idependently verified:
https://twitter.com/JamaicaGleaner/status/1166488404621742082Guys you know it is possible to test positive with no intention of cheating whatsoever. I wonder how many letsrunners would have adverse findings if they were tested?
What a joke. Another doper being let off the hook with a lame excuse, along with hamburger-eating Wilson and Claye and kissing Roberts. Total clown show.

Come on, she’s 17, not seven. And, you underestimate the craziness of some coaches. Sleazy Sal had Rupp on testosterone when he was in high school.

not a good look for Ato.
Personally I want him distanced from the sport as rumors are he is part of the move to kill off distance running in the diamond league, but he is an excellent commentator and good for fans. shame an athlete under his guidance fell by the wayside.
given she is 17, this thread should be closed to unregistered users. Hopefully she just didn't read what was listed on the label and there is a way to resolve this.
Wasn't Ato pinched for PEDS back in the day...

Why on Earth would you even notice such a thing?
Ato Boldon tested positive for ephedrine in 2001 but was never sanctioned because it is found in over-the-counter medications, which Boldon said he had been using to treat a cold. Now, 18 years later, an athlete he coaches tests positive under similar circumstances. Is it it too much to assume that someone who had to defend his innocence after taking over-the-counter medications would be particularly mindful of the over-the-counter medications his athlete is taking? Certainly not all coaches have that degree of oversight in the lives of their athletes, but this athlete is under the age of 18, so a greater level of responsibility does get put on the coach.
