Thanks for the videos but what I see is a fast young white guy who is built just like a Kenyan. I would like to see work with someone of more "normal" build, like 73 kg/1.83m

This guy is more normal build. This is Robert and he's about 50 yo. He made 9:44 for 3000m indoor this year
I forgot to add a video
does he coach online?
can someone that understands polish make a pdf/summary of this guys philosophy on form and training?
Thanks
This sounds like a lifestyle. No thanks.
you can't make your tendons more elastic. You can prevent them from losing elasticity, and you can put their elasticity to work for you.
They're made of collagen, and creating a molecule of collagen requires destroying one molecule of vitamin C. Don't skimp on the stuff.
Yes. You can contact him there: kontakt@parawruch.pl
Yes, this is true if you are over 30
Otherwise you are wrong
Yes I do barefoot running on roads 2-10km once or twice a week. Thats how you get elastic tendons.
Older people can regain a lot of elasticity, ROM. I do it all the time. If I want to get back to ATG squats I can't just start doing that the first day. I'd go through a period of working on ROM first then it all comes back. Same with running quality repeats , can't just go out and do that. I have to start with less hip action and move to a longer strides over a matter of a month or two, or rip my hip flexors off the bone.
The case of the OP. Probably has just as much muscle imbalance as lack of elasticity. I'd work on triple extension type strength exercises from the toes up. Get the feet and lower leg muscles really strong too. . Do eccentric heel drops too. This work will provide much of the stretching, but stretching is ok. too.
If it's necessary and you want to keep moving well you will do it. That's a good post. Details can vary. So much of our body is in the losing stage of the " use it or lose it" all the time. The accumulated effect is injury and pain sooner or later.
