If I had to bet money on it, either a athlete from NOP or BTC.
If it's a big sprint star, comes at a horrible time for the sport of track in the US as there are a lot of really new and interesting sprint personalities coming onto the scene. Would be a big step backward if it's McLaughlin, Muhammad, Coleman, or Lyles.

It could be anyone, particularly in 100m.
Gaitlan fits the profile.
In the twilight of his career, some can't let it go and look for a little help to stay competitive... like Eddy Hellebuyck.
And past doper - does that make him more likely or less likely?
I would hope Gaitlin as his career is winding down and he's been caught before, but Dr. Taboo seems to know something. I'm preparing to be disappointed.
Who is the guy who has been training with Gatlin’s “former” coach who inadvertently spilled the beans about that relationship not being so former..?
My guess is that guy and/or Gatlin

No way. He knows exactly how to not test positive.

Or Boling lol
I think he'd probably shut down the site for 24 hours if it were Bolt so probably not Bolt.
Oh, sprint...

..., so no surprise. There've been quite a few literally unbelievable performances recently, both on the male and the female side. Plus, Gatlin is still competing....

It could be Muhammad. She beat Pechonkina’s (doped because she’s Russian) WR.
How is it MASSIVE news if it's a sprinter? That's pretty much expected.
That's why I'm hopeful that it's someone who jumps over things, and/or implicates a former world marathon record holder. One can hope, right?
I'm guessing Gatlin or Coleman. I'll be legitimately bummed if it is Lyles or Norman. I'll be happy if it is Gatlin. No other US men's sprinter would mean much either way for me.
If it's a female......I don't know because they haven't looked that stellar. Felix or Syd would be a shock.
As another poster said...my guess would be Coleman, as well...Pulled out of Birmingham meet with absolutely no update or reason as to why.
As sad as this is to say, it was the first thing that went thru my mind when I saw the news here on letsrun that he wasn't running Birmingham. No reason given by him or meet organizers (from what I saw..maybe I'm wrong here) and my mind went "I bet he tested positive and this is why he isn't running"
Twitter search of "doping sprinter" suggests it may be up to three sprinters.
Wasn't it Michael Rogers pretended to not know that his coach was involved with a positive test in his past? I never believed that he didn't know that, and my money is on him.

I don't think Michael Rogers would be MASSIVE doping news.

"It was the beef, d@mnit!"
Really hoping it’s Gatlin...
Mclaughlin getting popped would be HUGE if that were the case. My guess leans toward Delilah M. and Noah Lyles. Lyles based on the fact Coleman despises him and may know something we don't.
How MASSIVE can any positive drug reveal be?
New/better tests might nudge towards major but an individual getting caught on the spike ...
