To be fair, the pre-MCAT run wasn't for training effect but just to be able to loosen up, get some fresh air, and hopefully process the exam better -- I feel like I think calmer post-run. Just a couple of very slow miles (not much you can get in if you need to be at exam by 730).
Then the evening was a track workout to enjoy the beautiful Saturday evening. Nothing better.
