Not all around but do any of you have any faster PRs than him?

1500-5000m, including Steeple.
I didn't become pro, so my 10,000-Marathon are slower.
Strava segments and course PBs count?
I to have faster PBs than Sage at everything under 10,000. Though, if I ran a track 10,000 I would have been able to best his mark. This morning I did a 3 mile morning jog in 24 minutes. Feels much better than training competitively.
Nope. We chased them all away. Once a great board for hearing from the pros has turned into a sewer hole. I find it funny but there is no real info any more. If you want to hear from a pro you need to follow them on social media.
Faster at every distance from the Mile through the Marathon. I never raced longer than the marathon.
How's he do over 100m? Him being an ultramarathoner and all, I could maybe beat him.

Total bull. List PRs and give links as proof. You are no where near his times.
His website is down but the Google says:
5K 14:29
8K 23:48
10K 29:47
13.1 1:04
26.2 2:16
Ultras are all their own beast:

Cracks me up how much the LRC rags on him for his diet when he's a 2:16 marathoner and a consistently nice guy. I think the popularity of his YT videos make others jealous.

Ditto. Sounds like a HS runner who claims a 10k PR without having finished one. Actually maybe more like Coebra, you know the guy who was trying to make the OT in the steeple. This morning's 'workouts' was right up there with that clown.

There are a lot of Mohammeds out there faster than sage. His PBs from the mile to the marathon isn't that impressive. Most of them are barely faster than the women's World records(some of them are slower than the women's World records). So sage, stop the BS.
I kind of came onto it late, so by age grading only (5K-half, probably mile ). So that doesn't really count, but does show some hypothetical cred.
He does seem like a nice guy and is a very good runner. Hope he keeps competing and doing what he does.
I got blasted on this forum a ways back for simply saying that he does get a lot of attention on this forum--some bloke simply went ballistic. What's up with that?

Seriously?? "Age-grade" ?? Hate to break it to you, you being faster than him based on"age grading" does not "not *really* count." It just simply and emphatically: DOES... NOT.... COUNT.
Wow. The things people make up for the sake of ego.
Just say: I'm a good runner for an old guy/master's/my age group. That's pretty easy, right?

On a downhill course, so no. His legit PB is 2:18.
Gerry Lindgren and Henry Rono used too post on here. And they are both faster than sage from mile to 10000, not sure on the marathon though.

Are you serious? Think of the all the ad revenue and training leads he is missing out on.

Yikes! Who are you and what years did you run?---unless it's a secret of course.
Yes, I'm newer here, so I've got no clue who you are but you must be fairly well-known to have run that fast in College?

Faster than any? Literally hundreds of NCAA kids per year run faster than his 5k PR. Unless you think zero of those hundreds per year post here, then yeah, some clearly do.
